Stuckey Family

The lonely thing about our journey is it has only consisted of the hope of coping. The main obstacle is to overcome. Death is hard in any circumstance. Suicide is harder because there are no answers, only questions. What was he thinking? Why did this happen? What could I have done differently? Then to explain to a 10-year-old child what happened when you are not sure yourself is extremely difficult. I am grateful for Lost and Found being available for the support I needed to help my daughter face some of the challenges she has had during this part of her life. There is nothing like having hope that the future will be better. And though we may never have any answers, we can still put pieces back where they go and ease grief over time. Lost and Found has offered lots of that to us. Have Hope.
